Usage Agreement
I, as an authorized representative of my company, do state that my company is a
current subscriber to the National Do Not Call Registry and my provided SAN is accurate.
I also state that we use this Registry service only to prevent telephone calls to
numbers listed in the National Do Not Call Registry. End user is responsible for
compliance with all state and/or local laws. Cole Information updates numbers against
the National Do Not Call List once a week. We acknowledge it is our responsibility
that the use of any phone number information provided by Cole Information Services
is compliant with all laws. We hold Cole Information Services harmless for all claims,
losses or penalties that result from our use of this telephone number information.
